THE SEQUENCE

Personal meeting via Zoom or telephone conference or in our Hamburg or Potsdam representative office. You present your project and deliver the project documents.

EXAMINATION & ACCEPTANCE

The Executive Board and the Advisory Board review your project, if necessary with the help of external industry specialists. Additionally, your project is tested for marketability with selected investors. If everything fits, we take over the financing and at the same time provide a financing guarantee.

CONTRACT & INVESTORS SEARCH

A financing agreement is concluded, which includes a financing guarantee. All preconditions are created that we believe are necessary to ensure successful financing. Being done, the search for investors starts. In many cases, L-Capital & Partners participates in the investment as a lead investor.

She is a renown expert in compliance and due diligence.

Harald has been CEO of a medium-sized finance and insurance brokerage firm in the industrial and agricultural sector for 7 years. Afterwards he managed an international newspaper publishing company for 12 years.

Since then he has worked as a management consultant in the areas of fundraising and marketing.

As CEO of Blackcore UK, he ensures that sufficient funding is available to new business ideas, patent developments, start ups and mature companies.
At Skydance Investments, he is responsible for litigation financing, partner communications and strategic planning division.

Rüdiger holds a degree as business engineer and brings 30 years of experience in financial and management consulting at the table.
